In retail & in sales in general you will have awesome customers and then some not so awesome customers. You will sometimes encounter a customer that complains about product the size, color, smell, etc. One piece of advice I will give you guys is keep in mind negative or positive every customer is a ambassador for your product! At times it is very hard to put up with rude miserable people, but do you really want negative feedback and bad reviews out there? Didn't think so. You have to hold these type of customers hands and help them through the problem. Often times you can save your self a bad review and gain an awesome one from being patient and rectifying the persons problem or complaint. Try saying something like " How can I make your experience a pleasurable one" or " Our customers are very important to us how can we fix the problem to ensure you are happy" This makes them feel important and heard. The worse thing to do is ignore or neglect customers when they are upset or unsatisfied. When you are starting out feedback is very crucial and will often make or break a company! Retail and business owners should love every customer. There shouldn't be any good or bad customers in the first place. As long as they're paying and giving value to your product, they are good customers for me. Of course, there are values and moralities added to our services, but there is a line dividing us from providing good service and otherwise.

If you can find an approach to such a complex client you will get from this moral pleasure and a lot of colossal experience in the negotiations.
